Rent our studio for 20 €. Looking for something else? We organise hen parties with 3 different packs. Write to us to book.
That's exactly why we have our beginners' group - where everyone starts from scratch, just like you.
You will not feel uncomfortable or out of place.
Each figure or exercise is adapted to your current level, so the training gradually and safely increases in intensity.
The important thing is to take the first step.
The groups are small: 4 to 8 people.
In this way we can give attention to each student and create a more comfortable and close atmosphere.
We totally understand - many women come to us with the same doubts.
But there is no judgement here. Just support and respect for your process.
Our job is to help you feel safe, strong and free in your body.
Once you register, you will receive an email with all the details.
You don't need to be strong, flexible or expert. You just need the desire to try something new.
Book your trial class and feel the energy, the atmosphere and the power of pole dance.
