Each figure or exercise is adapted to your current level, so the training gradually and safely increases in intensity.

The groups are small: from 4 to 8 people. This way we can give attention to each student and create a more comfortable and close atmosphere.
We fully understand - many women come to us with the same doubts. But there is no judgement here. Just support and respect for your process. The body is wise and gets better faster than you can imagine. Our job is to help you feel confident, strong and free in your body.

After registering for your first class, you will receive an email with all the details - if you agree to receive our emails.

Pole Fit - shortest possible clothing: shorts, top and a small bottle of water.

Pole Exotic - kneepads, heels (you can try and buy in the studio), water

Flexibility - comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement

Yes! The trial class is free if you buy your voucher on the day.
It's the best way to feel if the style, the rhythm and the atmosphere are for you.

It is not lost.
You can make up the class at any other available time and level within the validity of your voucher.
But be aware: classes do not carry over to the following month, so try to organise your calendar within the same period.
